This house is approximately 2400 air-conditioned square feet.… The master suite faces the southwest corner of the lot and is diametrically opposed to the other bedrooms in its own wing. This bedroom has a walk-in closet and its own exit to the backyard via sliding glass doors. Through this exit is a private patio. The en-suite bathroom has a very large walk-in shower and a vanity with a seat.

The very spacious Florida room faces the south and is a perfect place for exercise machines/yoga mat or an artist's easel/studio. It is next to the laundry room which is separated by louver doors. This room has two sets of sliding doors that exit to the backyard.
The entire house is vested with windows allowing natural light to illuminate the interior throughout the day and more importantly for excellent views of the private yard and landscape beyond the walls.
The Yard
This property is located on a quarter-acre corner lot. It is completely enclosed with a 6 ft wooden fence providing privacy. It is lushly landscaped with tropical foliage including bromeliads, philodendron, liriope and a variety of local and ornamental plants. The yard has mature indigenous Live Oak and Gambo Limbo trees in front and back. In addition, tropical coconut and Malaysian palms adorn the side of the house where you also find an outdoor shower.
