While there is no direct sunset view, the screened balcony is a wonderful spot to enjoy the open sky, gentle breezes, and tranquil surroundings. An elevator is available in the building.
The condo is clean, comfortable, and set-up for easy vacation living. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. A starter set of essentials is included for your arrival, including small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, these consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products are not provided. Guests may purchase any additional supplies they need. The unit is provided with all living essentials, including beach towels, chairs, bath towels, linens, and kitchen supplies.
The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Parking is free with a pass from the office.
The beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, with great options for dining, cafes, and waterfront activities nearby. Docs and Coconut Jacks are great restaurants next door.
Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from December 15, 2025 through April 2026. This work includes roof improvements and atrium renovations. Guests on higher floors could experience early-morning noise during weekdays due to roof work. Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation, and noise is possible, but building access will not be affected. Some areas may be temporarily blocked due to roof construction. No smoking is allowed at any time. Consumable items and a beach umbrella are not included.
