The condo offers a comfortable and well-kept interior designed for easy vacation living. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming options. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. A starter set of essentials is provided for your arrival, including small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. Consumable items are not replenished during your stay, and food items, spices, oils, or coffee are not provided; guests may purchase any additional supplies they need. The screened balcony is the highlight of the space, giving you a front-row seat to the water, the sky, and the peaceful coastal atmosphere. Unit is provided with all living essentials, including beach towels, chairs, bath towels, linens, and kitchen supplies.
The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Parking is free with a pass from the office.
Bonita Beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, with local cafes, beachfront restaurants, and shops all close by. The apartment is located right across the street from Bonita Beach, making it a quick walk to the sand and Doc's Beach house. Uber/Lyft is very common in the area, accompanied by the local trolley. Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from December 15, 2025, through April 2026. This work includes roof improvements and atrium renovations. Guests on higher floors could experience early-morning noise during weekdays due to roof work. Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation, which may cause noise, but building access will not be affected. Some parking areas may be temporarily blocked due to roof construction. Smoking is not allowed at any time. Self check-in is simple with a personal door code provided before arrival.
