Smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are not permitted inside the home, though outdoor smoking is allowed. Any violation of house rules, including smoking inside, parties, or unregistered guests, will result in a $500 charge per violation. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, or smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund and a $300 violation charge. Late check-outs will incur an additional charge of $100.
