Mid-April to mid-May move-in is fine as well. You have the option to renew the lease if you choose to stay. The roommates are very lovely young professional women in their late 20s and early 30s and would prefer another female roommate. We are a five-minute walk to Centre St. Jackson Square (Orange line is a 15-minute walk) and Heath St (Green Line is a 10-minute walk). The 39 bus stop is a 5-minute walk. Other bus routes are nearby as well. We border Longwood Area, Roxbury, Brookline, and Fenway. Jamaica Pond is a 20-minute walk. We also have Whole Foods, Stop & Shop, and many other stores nearby. It's really a lovely place and I'm only moving out as my sister is moving to the city and we want to live together. I'm also able to leave my furniture in the room if you'd prefer.
