THE RENT AND FEES ARE NEGOTIABLE so please reach out, we really need it rented ASAP! the only fee is that you will need to pay the one-time sublet fee detailed below. this is not "under the table" and you will sign a few forms from the landlord which is Pizzi Family Trust. if you need help with fees lmk, we can try to figure something out. amenities: - everything in the title, but none of the other items shown in the pictures. - free heat & hot water, free trash removal just steps away from your door - back exit access steps away from your door that leads to a parking lot HOW IT WORKS: - Application / Requirements Incoming tenant must complete an application form and a cosigner form (sent after contact). Cosigner form must be notarized. International applicants: no cosigner form required, but must provide a copy of visa and I-20. Photo ID required. After documents are received, REMI will run a credit check to confirm qualification. Fees Fee is half a month's rent, but short-term lease transfer fee is $600. (LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED HELP WITH FEES WE CAN WORK SOMETHING OUT.) Fee is due when the application is submitted. Payment Method Only money order or cashier's check accepted, payable to REMI (property manager). Payment can be delivered or mailed to: 103 Hemenway St., Suite B2, Boston, MA 02115. Deposits / Reimbursement Deposits remain with the apartment. Incoming tenant reimburses the outgoing tenant for their portion of last month's rent and the security deposit. Reimbursement is handled directly between outgoing and incoming tenants (a short agreement will be signed for this). If the original tenant is returning, no funds are exchanged. Process Submit application, notarized cosigner form (if required), and photo ID. Pay the fee at submission. Once all paperwork and fee are received, REMI prepares the new lease and documents.
