The living room kitchen, dining area, main bathroom and two bedrooms are located on the second level. As well as a comfortable outside porch area. Downstairs can be used as a separate living area with ample space for a 3rd bedroom. With a large family room and a full bathroom. There is a detached 2 car garage located across the main house which has 2 large rooms which can be used as an office or storage rooms as well as a large a large tool room which can be used to store garden tools. The exterior of the house and garage were just repaired and painted. The roof was replaced for the entire house and garage were replaced in 2025. The main upstairs bathroom and shower area were just renovated. Floors for the entire upstairs and downstairs were also replaced. The climate up Pupukea is mostly very comfortable and cool. This property has a large yard for recreation. At the top of this property the landlord also owns another 3 bedroom house located on 59-350A Pupukea Road which is currently rented. Landlord does not reside on property.
