Catch a glimpse of the ocean from the living room, dining area, or two expansive decks, or walk out your front door and straight to the beach.
This is a FULLY FURNISHED 3 bedroom + 2 and a half bath home and sleeps 7 (1 king sized bed, one full sized bed, two single sized beds, and one pull out sofa).
Price changes depending on length of stay. Please see below for details:
1-2 month reservations: $10,000 per month / payment IN FULL + $2,000 security deposit paid in full prior to check in, utilities paid by owner
3+ month reservations: $8,500 per month / first months rent + security deposit paid prior to check in with additional monthly payments paid monthly, utilities paid by tenant
