This unit is a beautiful daylight basement connected to a larger main house.… It's a 1,350 square foot 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom space with 10.5 foot high ceilings, hardwood floors, newly renovated bathroom, new high end washer/dryer, a dishwasher, microwave, plenty of storage, a private entrance and a 200 square foot balcony on secluded, wooded lot.
It gets stunning seasonal river and Mt. Hood views through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door and windows in the living room. It is 2.5 miles from OHSU, bus lines 65 and 12 are within a few blocks, a 10 minute drive downtown, and easy access to several southwest hills hiking trails. No cats, but well-behaved dogs considered. The landlords live directly upstairs.
The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are all shared spaces, and each is fully furnished. The bedroom for rent is 13'x13' and is unfurnished.
I have lived here for 2 years now, and the lease renews on Sept 1. I'm looking for someone to sign on for the full 12 months with me.
