Enjoy comfort and entertainment with 4 TVs, including a 65-inch TV in the living room. The fully appointed kitchen boasts an inviting island, and you can dine in style indoors or al fresco with an outdoor dining table. The fenced-in backyard is a private oasis with a sparkling pool and inviting patio furniture. This pet-friendly home can accommodate pets with a fee of $25 per pet, per day plus tax. A private 2-car garage is available for off-street parking. Optional pool heating is available for an additional charge of $60 per day if booked in advance, or $100 per day if requested after check-in. The hot tub is connected to the pool heating system and will only be available if pool heating is purchased. Baby gear, such as a crib, high chair, or stroller, can be provided for an additional $250 plus tax. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability. You can walk to beaches and shopping, and a car is recommended to experience all of Naples. The pool heater will be set to run from 8 am to 10 pm. If temperatures outside get under 65 degrees, the pool heater will take 5x longer to heat. No refunds will be issued for cold weather. No events are allowed at this property. The maximum number of guests allowed is 10, which applies to overnight stays as well as during the day. A valid government-issued ID and credit card details must be provided after making a reservation for verification. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property. Guests residing in Naples may be asked to provide additional verification. Any violation of the no-smoking policy or leaving behind offensive odors will result in charges. Violation of the pet policy or any additional cleaning required as a result of a pet being on the property will also incur charges. Hosting any unauthorized gatherings, parties, or events is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Exceeding the number of registered guests or visitors is prohibited. Any guest who remains or attempts to remain after being told to vacate is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies paid and the party will either not be permitted to check-in or will be ordered to vacate. Misrepresentation of age, number of guests, hosting an unauthorized party, use of false identity, fraudulent payment methods, lack of payment, use of property for illegal activity, or being at the property outside of the specified time period all represent a falsified reservation with an intent to defraud and are punishable by law.
