Renter pays all the utilities and communicates with the landlord for taking care of the house (instead of paying higher rent)...no smoking and pets...there is plenty of street parking is available. Also, One car garage is possible to rent .
the gas during summer is about 100dollars (winter 200-300 dollars depending on usage), water is 100 dollars (for a three people family but with roommates it was 140 dollars per month this year), electricity is about 70-100 dollars (depending on usage)....this is use for 3 people.
Lawn will be taken care of.
The house is in great condition and if it is not a family we might require a regular cleaning lady to take care of the common areas such as bathrooms and kitchen with a reasonable extra fee for example biweekly cleaning for 100 dollars- this can be discussed.
For international grad students, bc of difficulty of background check, we want to have 1 year paid in two installments when we sign the lease.
