Lease terms are flexible and all applicant needs will be considered. Renter is responsible for electrical, cable and/or internet. Electric service will remain in landlord's name and renter must pay directly to the electric company. Security Deposit: Security deposit is dependent on length of lease. For leases greater than 30 days, a refundable $1200 security deposit is required for all serious applicants. Security deposit will be refunded after inspection of property at the end of the lease terms, assuming no damage is determined. For short-term rentals less than 30 days, renter is responsible for a refundable $500 security deposit which will be refunded at the end of the lease terms, assuming no damage is found. For leases greater than 30 days, renter must notify landlord in writing within 30 days of intent to vacate. Renter will be notified within 24 hours for any request by landlord to enter the property for maintenance inspection. Pets will be considered with application. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 is required for leases longer than 30 days; $100 for short term rentals. Renter is welcome to use structural buildings for necessary storage and agrees not to store anything such as vehicles, boats, ATVs, watercraft, etc. on-premise long term. Approval is required for storage of personal items outside of home.
