Your 2 bedroom ground-floor unit has access to the backyard through the south side walkway of the home. This walkway leads to a combination gate lock that opens into the beautiful adult only backyard and all its' amenities that are only shared by the tenants in the home. This back yard space is fully fenced and gated with combination locks at both gates. It has a hot tub, swimming pool, garden, grass area, covered porch and lounging area with a fire pit and is only used by the 3 units in this home and is considered a private, adult only space. All pets must be registered and approved with the landlord. If accepted, each pet will have a pet fee of $175.
