Pets allowed, subject to landlord approval and one-time, non-refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet. No breed restrictions, solely based on individual animal's temperament. Required to move in: security deposit of $2100 and 1st month's rent of $2100= $4200. Pet deposit would also be required for move in if applicable. Maintenance is simple- keep the place clean and replace the AC filter monthly. Tenant is responsible for AC filters. Otherwise, landlord is quick to respond to any maintenance requests. Tenant may paint walls, hang pictures, and mount TVs as long as everything is returned to the pre-move-in conditions at move out.
