Lease terms

Rent: $4,800/month Security Deposit: $4,800 Lease Term: 12 months (renewable upon review) Available: Move-in ready Utilities & Maintenance Tenant is responsible for electricity, water, internet, and cable. Tenant is responsible for routine maintenance and repair of all included appliances (e.g., refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.). Tenant must maintain front patio and covered balcony in clean and orderly condition. Community & Property Rules No smoking allowed inside the home or on the premises. All vehicles must be parked inside the garage (2-car side-by-side). HOA will strictly enforce garage parking usage. No subleases or short-term rentals (Airbnb, etc.) will be permitted. Renter's insurance is required prior to move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease term. Tenant must comply with all HOA rules and regulations, which will be provided upon lease signing. Pet Policy Small pets may be considered with owner approval, additional deposit, and pet rent.
