Please review our utility policies and strict qualification criteria below before submitting your responses. Property Details & Rental Terms Utilities: Tenant pays all utilities (EDCO, VID, SDG&E). Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for all yard maintenance. Policies: Strictly no pets, no smoking. Minimum Qualification Criteria To schedule a viewing, all applicants must meet the following baseline requirements: Credit Score: 700+ for every adult applicant. Background Check: Clean, comprehensive background check for each applicant over 18 years of age. $40 per person. Income: Combined gross monthly household income must be at least 3.25x the monthly rent.
