Lease terms

Condominium corporation prescribes rules and regulations on parking, pets and smoking. Condominium dues are paid by the Landlord. Move-in cost is a total of $8,945 = $4,430 advance rental for one month + $4,430 security deposit + $85 HOA move-in fee, payable in certified/manager's check. Subsequent rental is due on the 1st of the month, payable through Zelle service. Move-in fee of HOA may be subject to change by HOA. RFID sticker for Tenant's car is to be paid by the Tenant, at present at $50 per car, subject to change by HOA. Prospective tenant shall apply to rent and undergo screening or credit check using Zillow services, at his/her expense. Each proposed resident 18 years old and older shall apply to rent and obtain said credit report at his/her expense. Tenant must sign up for SDGE start of services on or before the start of the lease. Tenant shall pay all other utilities except water consumption within the unit which is part of the condominium dues paid by Landlord. Lease shall be for one (1) year, renewable upon mutual agreement.
