Pre-Tour phone interviews are required before in person tours are scheduled. All tours are done by appointment only; no walk-in's will be accepted. Terms Info: No animals allowed. No water filled furniture or other water filled items. No loud parties. Parking inside the complex is assigned to tenants only and all visitors must park on the street. Grounds maintenance and cleaning is provided in all common areas. Rent includes water, sewer and trash at no additional charge. No HOA. This complex accommodates electric appliances only. An up to date policy for rules of the complex will be included as part of the lease and will apply to tenants and guests. Our Online Resident Portal provides for convenient online rent payments and maintenance requests. 1 year lease term is required. No short term rentals and subletting is not accepted. A fully completed Rental Application, Credit and Background Check will be required for all prospective occupants 18 years of age and older. Please Note: All interested parties will be required to contact our onsite manager directly for assistance with this property, including for applications and tour requests.
