Bedroom comes furnished with full size bed & linens, desk, and bureau - or unfurnished, if desired. Bathroom is shared with one other person. Street parking for one car available and laundry on site.
Regarding household chores, housemate would be responsible for two ongoing areas: taking the trash out and unloading the dishwasher. All other chores and home maintenance are handled by other housemates.
