Landlord pays for gas (heating and stove), trash, water, and sewage utilities. Tenant must pay electricity. Phone cable or internet are elective utilities that the tenant would also be responsible for. For pets, we need to know what type of pet. Some are not permitted without esa certification. There is a one time fee of $600, no monthly fees. Half of this pet deposit would be refundable at the end of the lease term pending damages. Subleasing is not permitted.

Quiet street, very little traffic.… This is a desirable location located close to shops, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and public transportation. The 3.5 bedroom townhouse has 3 stories with a private basement including a private internal garage. Hardwood floors in the living and dining areas on the first floor as well as in the 2.5 bedrooms on the second floor where the 1st bathroom is located and in the "mother-in-law" unit un the 3rd floor where the 2nd bathroom is located. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range stove, fridge and dishwasher. The basement includes access to a garage space as well as hook ups for personal machines. While Kamin Realty does not provide AC units, there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and and in the dining area. Tenants can provide their own window AC units if they choose to do so. Maintenance is available on call during business hours. After hours maintenance requests may be subject to additional fees depending on the request. We have a 24 hour call service for emergencies.
