Just steps to the beach, restaurants and shops on 2nd St. This is a perfect opportunity to live near the beach in a fully renovated, fully furnished, tastefully designed home with recessed lighting and ceiling fans. The Front downstairs unit offers 2 bed, 1 bath, kitchen and a nice size living room with fireplace.
When you enter our home, you'll find yourself in the cozy living room, complete with a long sectional sofa and a flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace. The full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances including a stove and dishwasher, also has a ton of counter space as well as a bar area, complete with bar stools and a lovely dining table with room for six people.
When it gets hot in the summer or chilly in the winter, there is a 2000-BTU Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioner and Heater. There is also a one car garage and adorable side shared patio area. There is coin laundry on the premises right outside your back door. There is also plenty of street parking.
The first bedroom has one queen bed and the second bedroom has two double beds. There is also a small workspace in the home with a desk, surrounded by windows.
The space is surrounded by a wonderful beach community and close to lots of shopping and dining options. Best of all, our home is available for rent on a month-to-month basis, so you can enjoy Southern California living all year round.
Monthly rent is $8500. Security deposit is $3,000. Cleaning fee $500. Pet cleaning fee is $200.
