Check-out time is 11 am, unless otherwise approved. Late check-out will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled time. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property, with a $300 fine for any smell or evidence of smoking to cover deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with evidence of a party or event resulting in a $500 fine, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. This unit is equipped with noise detection monitors. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding occupancy, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction. Guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying for utilities used during their stay. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs or illegal sexual activity of any sort are allowed; violators will be reported to the police and the contract will be terminated immediately. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition; permanent stains on towels or linens will be considered negligent damage. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building, and noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors. This apartment is suitable for remote workers, offering a comfortable set-up for business travelers.
