We're looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, and comfortable living in close proximity to a young family. The space has its own private entrance and patio, and we're happy to give you full independence but it's not the right fit for someone who wants total acoustic separation or plans to host frequent gatherings. Tenant screening criteria (per Utah HB0068): Applicants are evaluated holistically based on the following: verifiable income sufficient to cover rent (typically 2.5x monthly rent or equivalent stipend), credit and rental history, prior landlord references, background check, and a brief introductory conversation to ensure mutual fit given the shared-home living arrangement. We reserve the right to weigh these factors together rather than applying any single criterion as a strict cutoff. Government-issued photo ID required. A background and credit check will be run as part of the application process.

The mother-in-law is approximately 1,200 sqft genuinely spacious for one person or a couple settling in for several months.
