Open House 5/21 & 22/26.… Rent includes Green Fees, all other club access Fees (swimming, pickle ball, tennis, music, exercise, games, golf,and more). The free standing house has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (one with a tub). Annual lease required. This is a Furnished Home in a active 55+ Community with a 9/18 hole executive Golf Course with team and league play. We have two covered parking spaces, additional 50 sq ft on site laundry and storage room, gas BBQ, plenty of room for bikes and a patios for plants. Watch the sunrise on one side of the house and the sunset on the other. The kitchen has waffle maker, NutriBullet, mixer, toaster, blender, coffee pot and grinder, juicer, Instipot, Gormia Air Fryer, microwave, large butcher block style kitchen island with 8 drawers and 2 bar stools, plenty of cutting boards and trivets, gas stove & oven, large refrigerator, and more. Living room has 55 inch smart TV, reclining couch, recliner, CD/radio, DVD player, tray tables, dedicated laptop or writting space, with a smart printer, and quiet Grandfather clock. Bedrooms have one queen and one full bed, very large closits, 2 windows in each bedroom, one with blackout shades, linens, and adjoining bathrooms one with tub and one with a shower, which have long counters, plenty of drawers, cabinet space, towels, pillows, and comforters. Property has big outside table for crafts or hosting with lots of chairs for seating, eating or sunning. You are 5 minute walk to Recreation Hall, library and clubs. It's hard to miss the Tucson Mountains. Hardware store, post office, and restuarants is 10 minute walk. In the other direction is the Saratoga trailhead for Tucson Mountain Park. With a 15 - 20 minute drive there is shopping, cinimas, bars, and restuarants. A little further down the is Tucson and Phoenix. The other direction has a casino and more desert county parks.
