Lease terms

1. Lease Term is for a 3-9 Month Agreement The lease shall commence on August 26, 2026 and terminate on November 24, 2026. This is a fixed-term lease and will automatically end on the termination date unless extended in writing by both parties. 2. Entry by Landlord Landlord may enter the premises with reasonable notice for inspection, repairs, or to show the property, except in emergencies. 11. Early Termination This is a fixed-term lease. Early termination requires written agreement by Landlord and may include fees or forfeiture of deposit unless otherwise agreed. 12. Holdover If Tenant remains after the lease term without renewal, tenancy will convert to a month-to-month agreement at a rate of 10% increase, unless otherwise agreed. 13. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. 14. Entire Agreement This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
