The lease - 10-12 month lease available right away (unfurnished). Requiring the security deposit upon signing the lease and first month rent before getting the keys. - Utilities include water, sewage, garbage, electricity, gas and internet. They are an extra $125/person with a minimum of $500 per month. You will get reimbursed if they turn out to cost less. - There is a separate mother-in-law in the basement not included in this lease. It is fully separate, with its own entrance so it won't require any sort of interaction. - About you: all adults need to apply via SmartMove or Zillow. If we sign, application fees will be reimbursed. We are requiring an average credit score of 675+, at least 3x the income vs the rent as well as no criminal record, nor evictions nor bankruptcies. FAQ: - the garage and driveway come with the upper unit - entrance to other unit is behind the house and nothing is shared similarly to any duplex - front year and wooden deck are private to the top unit while the concrete deck below the wooden deck is private to the bottom unit
