I have a German shepherd. The room and house should be kept clean. Cleaning up after yourself when cooking. Promptly take care of spills or messes. Be on top of the wash and dryer if you have your clothes being cleaned. There are only two spots for parking. The left side is for my truck, and the right side is for a tenant. Rent is 750, security deposit is 500, and pet fee is $50 per month. I am looking for a single tennant to rent out this room to.

About the building

The room you will be renting is pretty spacious with a sizeable walk in closet.… The bathroom that you will be using is the guest bathroom, but there are cabinets for you to store your own belongings. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and mirror on the wall. My house has a very open floor plan. As you walk in there is a shoe rack on the left, and to the right is a flex room that I store my music equipment. The living room is straight in front of you as you walk in and is furnished with two couches, coffee table, end table, and TV with entertainment center. There is an island in the kitchen which houses the sink and dishwasher. I have a sizeable pantry for storing food and a new fridge. Most of the house is carpet except for the kitchen, entry walk way and the bathrooms. The backyard has a privacy fence all around. The area resides within an HOA, and the streets/neighborhood is very clean and safe. The neighbors on both sides of the home are very friendly. I have a 5year old German Shepherd and a cat. If dogs scare you then this probably won't be for you. My dog is trained and with a little time we can get him to warm up to you very quickly. You don't have to take care of him, but if you take him outside and play with him I'm sure he would love that.
