Garage is a shared space allowing one car to be parked inside (left side only) with drive way space to park an additional 1-2 smaller cars. Tenants downstairs have other half (right side) of garage and drive way. Pets are negotiable (contact owner). Laundry room is shared with downstairs tenants accessible through garage for privacy. Yard is maintained by owner with downstairs tenents upkeeping both front and backyards. Snow removal of walkway and drive way will be tenants joint responsibility.
