This property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.… There are two living rooms and an entertainment room with a pool table. Our carport can fit two full size vehicles. We have a dock to fish from or tie up your boat to. There is also a firepit and covered concrete area in the backyard, for outdoor entertainment. In unit laundry with machines provided. Access to sheds not included.
We are somewhat strict on pets. There are no fences around the property. Certain dog breeds are restricted by our insurance policy. If you do have pets there will be an additional pet deposit collected and rent added to cover damages/ smells to furniture that all pets cause. Everyone says their dogs are potty trained and well behaved or will live outside but we've been doing this long enough to know that a deposit is still necessary.
Property is also currently listed on airbnb but we are seeking a longer term tenant at a highly discounted rate.
