Inside, the condo features a nicely remodeled interior with a clean, modern, and comfortable feel. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided to help you settle in easily. A starter set of essentials is included for your arrival, including small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. Consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products are not provided; guests may purchase any additional supplies they need. The unit is provided with all living essentials, including beach towels, chairs, bath towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. There is an elevator in this building, but only one is currently working.
Parking is free with a pass from the office.
The beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, with cafes, waterfront restaurants, and local shops all close by. Beach access is right across the street.
Construction is scheduled at Beach & Tennis from December 15, 2025, through April 2026, including roof improvements and atrium renovations. Guests on higher floors could experience early-morning noise during weekdays due to roof work. Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation, which may cause noise, but building access will not be affected. Some parking areas may be temporarily blocked due to roof construction. No smoking is allowed at any time. Check-in is simple with a personal door code provided prior to arrival. Not included are a beach umbrella, refill paper products, and any consumable items.
