This condo features a nicely remodeled interior with a clean, modern, and comfortable feel. The space includes a king bed, a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.
Free parking is available with a pass from the office and check-in is simple with a personal door code provided prior to arrival. The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use.
The beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, with cafes, waterfront restaurants, and local shops all close by. Docs and Coconut Jacks are great restaurants next door.
Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from December 15, 2025 through April 2026, which may include early-morning noise on weekdays due to roof improvements and atrium renovations. Some parking areas may be temporarily blocked due to roof construction. The grounds are still being improved, though noise has generally been minimal. Tennis courts are currently closed. No smoking is allowed at any time. Guests will receive a personal door code for entry prior to arrival. A starter set of essentials is included for your arrival, but consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products are not provided.
