The condo has been completely remodeled and features a clean, modern, and upscale feel throughout. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. A starter set of essentials is included for arrival, including small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. Consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products are not provided.
Parking is free and open with a pass from the office.
The beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, with cafes, waterfront restaurants, and local shops all close by. The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. With its stunning Gulf and sunset views and prime location near the beach, this condo offers a stylish and relaxing home base for your stay in Southwest Florida.
Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from December 15, 2025, through April 2026. This work includes roof improvements and atrium renovations. Guests on higher floors could experience early-morning noise during weekdays due to roof work. Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation, and noise is possible, but building access will not be affected. Some parking areas may be temporarily blocked due to roof construction. No smoking is allowed at any time.
