An attached two-car garage with built-in overhead storage fits two vehicles plus gear. Additional parking on the driveway and the street is available for guests. Nonsmoking house. No exceptions. This is a friendly and welcoming family-oriented neighborhood. Best suited for professionals or retirees. 1-year minimum rental lease. Preference will be given to any applicants favoring a 2-year (or longer) lease. First month ($5,000), last month ($5,000), and security deposit ($2,500) required at signing. Tenant(s) responsible for lawn care (mowing & weed whacking), light ongoing yard maintenance (pruning and basic upkeep of hedges & flowers), seasonal light landscaping (as needed), and snow removal and maintenance.
