The main house boasts a spacious living area with Smart TVs and a wood-burning fireplace, complemented by a firelog stove in the Florida Room. The fully equipped kitchen includes two Keurig machines and a 12-cup drip coffee maker. A dining area seats 8, and a utility room contains two washers and two dryers. Wi-Fi and mini-split A/C are available throughout.
Enjoy swimming off the dock, relaxing on the sandy beach, and exploring wooded trails. Kayaks, paddleboards, tubes, a paddleboat, and fishing poles are available from May to September. A propane grill, flat-top grill, and charcoal grill are provided. The pavilion features solar string lights. Vending machines are also available.
Located in Eaton Rapids, this retreat feels remote yet is easily accessible. It's a 12-minute drive to Eaton Rapids for groceries, shops, and restaurants, and 30 minutes to Lansing or Jackson for day trips. Detroit is under 2 hours away.
Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM. Pool hours are from 8 AM to 9 PM. Smoking is not allowed indoors and is discouraged outdoors due to fire risk. Fireworks are not permitted. No illegal drugs are allowed. Parties and events require prior approval. Exterior security and wildlife cameras are in place. Please do not rearrange furniture. Waivers will need to be signed for everyone in the group, including those with day passes. The main house wood-burning fireplace and the Florida Room firelog stove are available OctoberApril only. Duraflame logs are provided; no other materials may be burned indoors. Life jackets are required when using watercraft. Mosquitoes are common in the summer months, and guests are recommended to bring repellent. Hunting is permitted on the property during legal hunting seasons, in accordance with all local and state regulations. Valid hunting tags are required, and there is no indoor game-cleaning area. All game must be kept outdoors or stored in your vehicle. A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost and covers minor accidental damage. The maximum number of day guests is 10 at $45/person, with a $40 per person charge for guests 6-20. Unapproved extra guests will incur a $40 per person charge. All guests, day or overnight, must be pre-approved before arrival. For weddings, parties, or full-property events (up to 80 guests), please reach out before booking. A starter kit includes paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and coffee pods. Please bring extra supplies for longer stays or larger groups. A 15% discount is available for stays of 7+ nights, and a 30% discount is available for stays of 30+ nights. ID verification and rental agreement via Enso Connect are required for check-in, with a digital "Boarding Pass" sent upon completion.
