The fully equipped kitchen includes two Keurig machines and a 12-cup drip coffee maker, along with a dining area seating 8. Two washers and two dryers are available in the utility room. The camper offers a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, a table for 4, and a Smart TV. Wi-Fi and mini-split A/C are available throughout.
The Bunkhouse can be added for an additional fee. Special event packages are available for weddings, family gatherings, or corporate retreats. The beautiful heated pool and sundeck are available from May to September for an additional fee. A propane grill, flat-top grill, and charcoal grill are provided. Vending machines are also available.

It's a 12-minute drive to Eaton Rapids for groceries, shops, and restaurants, and a 30-minute drive to Lansing or Jackson for day trips. Detroit is under 2 hours away. A vehicle is recommended for exploring the area, with easy access to I-96 for trips to Lansing, Grand Rapids, or Detroit.
Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM. Pool hours are from 8 AM to 9 PM. Smoking is not permitted indoors and is discouraged outdoors due to fire risk. Fireworks are not allowed. No illegal drugs are permitted. Parties and events require prior approval. Exterior security and wildlife cameras are in use. Please do not rearrange furniture. Waivers will need to be signed for everyone in the group, including those with day passes. Fireplaces are available OctoberApril only, and Duraflame logs are provided. Life jackets are required when using watercraft. Mosquitoes are common in the summer months, and repellent is recommended. Hunting is permitted on the property during legal hunting seasons with valid hunting tags. The main house is a single-level home with one step at the entrance. Elevated platform beds are provided with step stools. A maximum of 10 day guests are permitted at $45 per person, with a $40 per guest fee if over capacity without pre-approval. All guests, day or overnight, must be pre-approved and sign waivers. Full venue rental for weddings and events hosts up to 80 guests over a minimum of 42 hours, starting at $10,200. Additional days are $4,000 per day. ID verification and a rental agreement via Enso Connect are required for check-in, with a digital 'Boarding Pass' sent upon completion.
