The main house features 4 bedrooms, including a king-size bed, three queen-size beds, and a twin bunkbed in the RV section. There are two full bathrooms with showers and one half-bath. Enjoy a spacious living area with smart TVs and a wood-burning fireplace, plus a firelog stove in the Florida Room. The fully equipped kitchen includes two Keurig machines and a 12-cup drip coffee maker. A separate kitchenette in the camper offers a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Throughout the property, you'll find Wi-Fi and mini-split A/C.
A heated pool and sundeck are available from May to September for an additional fee. Kayaks, paddleboards, tubes, a paddleboat, and fishing poles are available from May to September. The Boathouse offers games like cornhole, bocce, ladder ball, and darts. Grilling options include a propane grill, flat-top grill, and charcoal grill (charcoal not included).
Located in Eaton Rapids, this retreat feels remote yet is easily accessible. It's a 12-minute drive to Eaton Rapids for groceries, shops, and restaurants, and 30 minutes to Lansing or Jackson for day trips. Detroit is under 2 hours away. A vehicle is recommended for exploring, with easy access to I-96 for trips to Lansing, Grand Rapids, or Detroit.
Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM. Pool hours are from 8 AM to 9 PM. Smoking is not permitted indoors and is discouraged outdoors due to fire risk. Fireworks are not allowed, and illegal drugs are prohibited. Parties and events require prior approval. Exterior security and wildlife cameras are in place. Please do not rearrange furniture. Waivers will need to be signed for everyone in the group, including those with day passes. The main house wood-burning fireplace and Florida Room firelog stove are available OctoberApril only. Duraflame logs are provided; no other materials may be burned indoors. Two washers and two dryers are available in the utility room. Life jackets are required when using watercraft. Mosquitoes are common in the summer months, and guests are recommended to bring repellent. Hunting is permitted on the property during legal hunting seasons, in accordance with all local and state regulations, with valid hunting tags required. There is no indoor game-cleaning area, and all game must be kept outdoors or stored in your vehicle. The home is single-level with one step at the entrance, and elevated platform beds have step stools provided. A maximum of 10 day guests are permitted at $45 per person, with a $40 per guest fee if over capacity without pre-approval. All guests, day or overnight, must be pre-approved and waivers must be signed. Full venue rental for weddings and events is available, hosting up to 80 guests over a minimum of 42 hours, starting at $10,200. Additional days are $4,000 per day. A starter kit includes paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and coffee pods; guests should bring extra supplies for longer stays or larger groups. ID verification and rental agreement via Enso Connect are required for check-in, with a digital boarding pass sent upon completion.
