The main house boasts a spacious living area with Smart TVs and a wood-burning fireplace, complemented by a firelog stove in the Florida Room. The fully equipped kitchen includes two Keurig machines and a 12-cup drip coffee maker, with a dining area seating 8. Two washers and two dryers are available in the utility room. The bunkhouse offers a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, along with Smart TVs and a ping pong table.
Enjoy access to a beautiful heated pool and sundeck from May to September for an additional fee, accommodating 15-20 people. Kayaks, paddle-boards, tubes, a paddleboat, and fishing poles are available from May to September. A propane grill, flat-top grill, and charcoal grill are provided. Vending machines are also available.

Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and outdoor smoking is discouraged due to fire risk. Fireworks are not permitted, and illegal drugs are not allowed. Parties and events require prior approval. Exterior security and wildlife cameras are in use around the property. Fireplaces are available October-April only, and only Duraflame logs may be burned indoors. Life jackets are required when using watercraft. Mosquitoes are common in the summer months, and guests are recommended to bring repellent. Hunting is permitted on the property during legal hunting seasons, with valid tags required. A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost and covers minor accidental damage. Guests must sign waivers, and day guests are permitted for an additional fee per person. Event rentals for weddings and parties are available for up to 80 guests over a minimum of 42 hours, starting at $10,200. Extended stay discounts of 15% for 7+ nights and 30% for 30+ nights are available. Check-in requires ID verification and rental agreement completion via Enso Connect, after which a digital 'Boarding Pass' with access information will be sent. Smoking violations may incur a fine between $200$500.

Unapproved extra guests will incur a $40 per person charge. All guests day or overnight must be pre-approved before arrival. For weddings, parties, or full-property events (up to 80 guests), please reach out before booking. Starter kit includes paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and coffee pods. Please bring extra supplies for longer stays or larger groups.
