Quiet hours are observed between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden and will result in a $500 penalty. Parties of any kind are not allowed on the property. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, and bringing, storing, or using any weapon will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Stained sheets or towels and damaged items must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of house rules could result in forfeiture of the security deposit and non-refundable cancellation.
