Lease terms

Lease Terms: We are seeking a 6 - 8 month lease. January 2027 - June 2027/August 2027. Security deposit and first month's rent are due at lease signing. Tenant is responsible for utilities unless otherwise agreed upon. The home will be professionally cleaned prior to move-in and is expected to be returned in the same clean, well-maintained condition, normal wear and tear excepted. Any damage to the home, furnishings, appliances, or other property beyond normal wear and tear will be the tenant's financial responsibility. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere inside the home, garage, or on the property. No illegal drug use is allowed. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with landlord approval and may require an additional pet deposit or monthly pet rent. Renters are expected to promptly report maintenance concerns and comply with any applicable HOA rules. Background, credit, income, employment, and rental history verification will be completed for all applicants. Renters insurance is required prior to move-in.
