Tenant is responsible for obtaining the permit through the City of Pasadena and paying the current annual permit fee (currently $93, subject to City changes). * Utilities (water, electricity, natural gas, sewer, trash, and internet) are shared with the main house and divided equally among all adult occupants residing on the property. * Landscaping is maintained by the owner at no additional cost to the tenant. * Access to shared outdoor amenities, including the backyard, tiki bar, and hot tub. * No smoking.
