Lease terms

Utilities: Tenant is solely responsible for the setup, maintenance, and payment of all utilities associated with the property, including but not limited to electricity, water, sewer, trash collection, and internet/cable services, for the duration of the lease term. Pet Policy: A maximum of two (2) pets are permitted on the premises, subject to landlord approval. An upfront pet deposit of $300 is required. Smoking Policy: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is prohibited both inside the residence and within all immediate enclosed areas. Payments Due at Signing: First month's rent and the standard security deposit are due in full upon the signing of the lease agreement.
