Lease terms

Tenant Responsibilities besides the ones in the contract: *The Tenant is responsible for establishing and paying for all utilities associated with the property during the term of the lease. *The Tenant is financially responsible for any damage caused to the rental property, its fixtures, appliances, or neighboring properties by the Tenant, occupants, guests, or invitees beyond normal wear and tear. *The Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard and keeping the exterior of the property clean, neat, and free of weeds, trash, and debris throughout the lease term. *No pets are permitted on the property at any time, either inside or outside the home, unless prior written authorization is provided by the Landlord. *Due to the property's proximity to the Chihuahuan Desert, the Tenant is responsible for arranging and paying for any routine or monthly pest control services that may be necessary during the lease term. *The Tenant agrees to comply with all additional terms, conditions, and provisions set forth in this Lease Agreement.
