It has a nice size kitchen, bath and walk-in closet. Open area would used for bedroom/living room. A Murphy bed would go great here. There is also a loft for extra storage. It's fully spray foam insulated and sits beneath large live oak trees. It's on a private gated drive so it's private and peaceful. We are taking applications for the right person or couple. Must be clean and neat and be able to keep up with some yard work. No large gatherings will be allowed and a max of 2 people staying at the residence. No smoking/vaping in or on the property.
