Lease terms

Rent: Tenant agrees to pay monthly rent as specified in this Lease Agreement. Utilities Included: Monthly rent includes reasonable use of electricity, water, sewer, and trash services. Utilities are included as part of the rent payment and are not separately billed to the Tenant. Furnished Unit: The rental unit is provided fully furnished. Tenant agrees to maintain all furnishings in good condition and return them in substantially the same condition upon move-out, normal wear and tear excepted. No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco, marijuana, or similar products is strictly prohibited inside the rental unit and on the property. First and Last Month's Rent: Tenant shall pay the first month's rent and last month's rent in full at the time of lease signing. Possession of the premises will not be granted until all required payments have been received. Occupancy: The premises shall be occupied only by the individuals listed on the lease agreement. Property Care: Tenant shall keep the premises clean, sanitary, and in good condition and shall promptly notify Landlord of any maintenance issues. Lease Violation: Violation of any lease terms may result in fees, termination of tenancy, or eviction as permitted by law.
