Lease terms

Maximum occupancy of up to two (2) adults (18 and over) and two (2) children. No more than two vehicles unless agreed to by owners. No inoperable vehicles on the property. No smoking allowed. No vaping allowed. No drug use allowed. No drug sales or manufacturing allowed. No businesses operated out of the property. Adjacent 3 car garage could be included in the lease of this residence at additional cost. Water service (up to $50 per month) is included as well as lawn mowing. Dog(s) are allowed with limits of number, size and certain breeds. Please inform what type, size, and breed. No cats or exotic pets. No dogs left outside all the time. No dogs tied up outside. NO dogs left in separate storage room/safe room at any time. Year lease required. Tenant could be responsible for first $150 of repairs. Owners request that tenant immediately inform owners of any issues or needed repairs.
