Completely renovated historic Kailua cottage nestled into the hillside above Kailua beach park.… The large covered lanai offers a cool breeze while enjoying ocean and sunset views. There are two bedrooms- the master has a king size bed and walk in closet with its own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom across the hall. This bedroom doesn't have a closet, just a dresser. There is also a pune'e or day bed which is in the living room and it is very comfortable. Recent renovations include new hardwood floors, completely redone kitchen, split system AC which quickly cools dow all of the house except the master which has it's own window hung unit. Garage is reserved for the owner but there is parking on site in the driveway. The washer dryer are shared with the studio unit in the back. Seeking 6-12 month lease.
