Strict no-party policy is enforced, with Ring cameras monitoring the entrance and noise detectors installed inside. Any party activity will prompt police intervention and immediate eviction without refunds. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and undergo a background check. Early check-in can be requested the day before arrival and is subject to approval, with a rate of $20 per hour before check-in time. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance; standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00, at 12:00 PM it costs $40.00, and any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM will be subject to a $300.00 penalty and immediate expulsion. Visitors are generally not allowed without previous notification. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm to 8am. Parties are not allowed, including loud music, with a $1000 fee if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Guests will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels, and there will be a $10 charge if face towels are stained. Extra towels and sheets are not provided. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150.00. Packages/mail are not allowed to be sent to the address; items may be delivered to the door or a local FedEx/UPS. Guests will be charged for any missing or damaged items, with a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. There is a $500 penalty if you're locked out and need assistance. Altering any safety device is prohibited, and blocking or disconnecting the security camera pointing at the door entrance will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Repairs may occur without prior notice and cannot be used as a reason for a refund. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by the housekeeping team at a cost of $150, to be paid by the guest.
