Any party activity will prompt police intervention and immediate eviction without refunds. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $1000 fine if a party is discovered or a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported.
