Pets are welcome, but must be disclosed and approved in advance, with no pets over 50 lbs. Pet fees are $100 per pet for 1-2 nights, $150 per pet for 3-6 nights, $250 per pet for 7-29 nights, and $300 per month per pet for 30+ nights. The apartment offers convenient access to roads, highways, and grocery stores. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and pass a building-required background check, providing a valid government ID. This is a strict no-party community, with Ring Cameras monitoring the entrance and noise detectors installed inside. Any party activity will result in police intervention and immediate eviction without refunds. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and parties or loud music will incur a $1000 fine. No smoking, drug, or vape use is allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine for violations. Visitors are generally not allowed without prior notification. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
