Beautiful waterfront condo on Boone Lake including boat slip. Unbeatable view! It has 4 bedrooms (although I used one as a bonus room) and 3.5 baths. There is a very large deck on the main level and a smaller deck on the bottom level. The condo has beautiful hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and granite countertops as well as a fireplace for when you are in the mood for a cozy night in by the fire. I loved living here and would still be there if I didn't have to move to FL for work. Neighborhood also has a great pool! The neighbors are wonderful and so friendly! It is a really great community. Wonderfully convenient location - close to lots of restaurants, marinas, and the airport. However, not in a high traffic area, so it is super peaceful. There is ample parking with a 2 car garage and 2 additional spots in front of garage. It is not furnished, but I included some pictures with furniture to show what it looks like with furniture and to give an idea of the size of the rooms. One room on bottom floor (not shown in pictures and not included in the number of rooms as it isn't available for tenants' use) is used for storage of owner's furniture. There is also a piano that must stay in the living room (but you are welcome to use it).
