The daylight filled, ground floor unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom all with fresh paint, new flooring and new lighting... one bedroom includes an office area as well; bathroom has beautiful vanity & quartz counters; living area with French doors out to peaceful yard with shared patio and fountain, kitchen complete with quartz counters and full size appliances, laundry (front loads), good street parking and easy walk to UW, or quick or transit to Children's, downtown, Amazon, Bellevue, and Microsoft. (This unit is does not have a dedicated dining room, however some guests have used the second bedroom as one.)
There are few places can you sit in a living area and watch birds enjoy a fountain and herb garden right outside your door.
Are you looking for a cozy, clean, safe place to live, walking distance to great restaurants (Franks, Ravenna Brewing Co., Pair, Mama Melinas, etc.), University Village, and UW, but peacefully away from the noise? This is the place for you.
