Lease terms

Rent is $2,795 per month with a 12-month lease. Tenant is responsible for natural gas, electricity, water/sewer, internet, and any optional services. Professional landscaping and basic trash collection are included in the rent and paid by Landlord. The security deposit is $2,795. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with prior written approval. Additional security may be required following conditional approval only as permitted by applicable Portland screening and security-deposit requirements.
